- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. A central island with all necessary utensils.
- The living room with sofa, butterfly armchair, TV, wifi and dining area with table seating 4.
- A balcony accessible from the kitchen gives a superb unobstructed view of Lyon and the beautiful towers of the Part-Dieu district.
- A very spacious first bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a dressing room divided into two sections and a television.
- A second bedroom with a 180*200 king-size bed, a large closet and a closet.
- A bathroom with vintage furniture, basin, walk-in shower and bathtub.
