Welcome to Akau Avalon!
We love our family home and we just know you will too! This adorable 4 bedroom beach house features everything you need for a relaxing beach break. Our yard is equipped with play equipment and a cubby house making it the perfect place for families whilst the undercover alfresco dining and seating area makes for a cosy night in for a loved up couple.
Beautifully styled, our barefoot coastal luxe vibe home will put you at ease as soon as you open the front door. The open plan living, dining and kitchen spills over to an outdoor patio and small yard complete with a swing set and cubby. We also have a hot outdoor shower which is perfect for washing away the salty residue from a long day at the beach.

The house.
We have slowly been renovating this two story beach house. So whilst she is styled beautifully she is a blend of old and new. As we continue to update her we will update our photos. The front lawn is level and our driveway provides off-street parking for two cars (please note that the garage is not accessible).
Patio.
Enjoy a meal outside in our brand new fully covered outdoor patio. All seasons have been catered for with an overhead ceiling fan for those hot summers night and strip heating for a chilly winters evening.
Here you will also find our Weber BBQ and a seating area to chill out and read a book.
Top Balcony
With views over the neighbourhood the top balcony is the perfect place for cheese and wine at sundown. Whilst beautiful, this is one area we are yet to update. But that sure won’t stop you enjoying a stunning sunset on our comfy outdoor setting.
Living Room
The relaxed open plan lounge and kitchen makes for easy living. The space is equiped with a smart TV, board games and ample seating. Perfect for a family night in.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is brand new. It is fully equiped with added extras such as a thermo mix , coffee machine and coffee beans, milk and basic kitchen condiments.
Bedroom 1
The large Master bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It features a king-sized four-post bed, robe, and traditional ensuite.
Bedroom 2
Our favourite room in the house! This large master sized bedroom is on the upper floor level. It features a King Bed, wardrobe and the most beautiful light all day long!
Bedroom 3
The kids bedroom! This room has two king-single beds making it perfect for the kids big and small.
Bedroom 4: The multipurpose room. This room features a King bed but it is a tighter fit. It also features a TV, couch and doubles as a toy room. It is only accessible through bedroom 3 which makes it perfect for multiple families staying together as parents are right next door to their children. This also suits those with teenagers as Room 4 can allow for the extra living space teenagers sometimes need.
There is split system air-conditioning in the main downstairs living area as well as two of the upstairs bedrooms.
We provide unlimited broadband wifi throughout the property. The smart TV has complimentary Netflix, Binge, Stan and Disney for you to enjoy. Please note that the free to air television signal isn’t great so we recommend watching through the channel apps on the TV.
We provide you with all linen, bath towels and beach towels. A washing machine and detergent, ironing board and iron is available for you to use.
