Beautiful cottage in the historic prestigious Flamingo Park. The Lobster Cottage is a private guest cottage in the backyard of our primary residence. This is ideal for a couple retreat or a solo traveler! The backyard Located within walking distance of downtown West Palm, the warehouse district, the Convention and Kravis center. You will be within a few miles of the airport, Worth Ave, and Palm Beach!
Please see house rules and be sure to accurately reflect the number of guests in your booking.
- Only dogs under 50 lbs are allowed. $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. For service dogs, $300 deposit is needed.
- The host provides 2 sets of towels per booking. If additional towels are needed, please plan ahead, since the unit does not have a washer/dryer.
- This house has an outdoor pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Although the pool is professionally cleaned every week, and it is safe to swim, each breeze can cause leaves to fall into the pool and backyard area. If you are expecting a daily pool cleaning, this house is probably not suitable for you.
- The TV works with the ROKU app only ( no remote device will be provided). If you are planning to use the TV during your stay, please make sure to download the app on your phone.

Location in the historic Flamingo Park, the cottage is part of a contributing historical property. Located just 10 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and about an hour from Miami International Airport. The neighborhood is very walkable, being just a quick walk to Kravis Center, downtown West Palm Beach, Norton Museum and Grandview Market. The location is absolutely fantastic!
If you want to enjoy the beach and the ocean, head to the Palm Beach and Worth Avenue , located just 1 mile away. Enjoy all that the Atlantic Ocean has to offer.
For the more adventurous there are many exciting activities close by. SCUBA dive or snorkel on some the the most beautiful reefs, or dive deep on the many wrecks. If you are brave enough... get up close and personal with some of the largest sharks Florida has to be seen on a guided shark trip... try your hand at spearfishing. There are also many places to rent a boat or charter a captain and get out on the water for some fishing nearby.
Airboat tours are just 30 minutes away. Get out and see some of the Florida wildlife and alligators up close and personal in the Everglades.
The Lobster Cottage is the left side apartment of a duplex. The guests staying in the apartment will have access to a shared backyard area with other guests, and the hosts.

We have designed Lobster cottage to be a tropical oasis. The courtyard and pool are completely surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage as well as coconut palms, bamboo, sea grapes, and an ancient mango tree complete with orchids.
Their are two 120 years old Mango trees in the backyard which add extra character to the building and the backyard paradise. You can grab fresh mangos for your breakfast in the season (April through June, and subject to availability).
The Pool gets cleaned professionally every Thursday, however there are two ancient mango trees, and bamboo. which are right on top of the pool and their leaves fall in the pool with each breeze. We do not have daily pool maintenance service and if you looking for perfect pool without any leaves in it this listing might not be suitable for you.
The famous Palm Beach and The Worth Avenue is just 5 minutes away.
Less than 10 minutes from the WPB airport and the Bright Line train.
You can take the train to downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
You can also walk to the grand view market or the downtown west palm beach.
