Welcome to our new renovated Studio apartment in the heart of Aalborg
Beautiful apartment with new furniture and decorated in a modern, cozy and comfortable Scandinavian style to make you feel at home.
The aparment has:
- 1 bedroom that is located on the first floor (you have to climb the stairs to enter the bedroom) with a queen size bed, in the living room you will find: a sofa dining table for 2 people, SmartTv, sofa table, as well as beautiful decorations and paintings throughout the apartment. You will also find a bathroom and a kitchen that is fully equipped to make your cooking easier and more comfortable.
The apartment is very cozy and has good light and heat
The apartment is in the middle of everything, right in the center of Aalborg, close to restaurants, cafes, the shopping area.
You'll find a smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Rocket TV, YouTube, etc. are available if you have your own account - no cable TV) with HDMI ports for your computer, game console, etc. Please note that you have to bring your own device/cable, if you want to connect to the TV.
Wi-Fi, 200/50 Mbit
High chairs and cots are not included in the reservation. This additional service must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in. You must bring your own pillow and blanket for the baby's crib.

Summary: It’s a great apartment with masses of potential. I would come back. However, there are a few points to rise. 1. We e mailed a list of concerns - you never responded in writing to all of these. The concerns were 1) wi fi was awful ( to which you did respond by suggesting we turned router on and off - only problem with your advice was that there was no router as it was clearly a shared router. As a result tv could not sustain connection. You need to sort that ou and can’t advertise a service that is substandard. Local tv is a nice thing to access as a tourist. We could get Rakuten streaming service but very intermittent. WiFi faded in and out so actually cost us a lot as we would suddenly be using our own data. 2) no fire extinguisher. No smoke alarm ( although young man you sent around on our second night did give us one. 3) there was no hoover or brush to tidy up floor - you need this. 4) you need a front door mat to wipe shoes, and a shower mat. 5) you need to put up some hooks about the flat - no where to hang up coats, towels etc. 6) the bannister rail upstairs was simply dangerous - clearly broken and anyone overweight or lacking balance would perceive it as a danger. 7) you need some blinds downstairs that work and provide more blackout blinds downstairs. 8) the excess we paid on our dog ( being a 30 kg). seemed excessive, given that he did not stray beyond the sofa. So apartment itself is lovely. It should never be empty if properly managed.
