ABOVE Watercolor- where luxury meets the serenity of Lake Austin. The pool has a slide, grotto, and hot tub. Play ping pong on the patio, enjoy the firepit or grill for your group before you dine at the oversized patio table. Play games on the sport court or in the yard. Watch TV and relax on the party dock. Indoor game room has a pool table and TV. Every room features King-sized beds. The bunk room is perfect for movie night fun. You are welcome to enjoy the kayaks and the lily pad in the cool waters of Lake Austin. This property is regularly set for 18 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 20 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 30 night minimum.
