It has a comfortable 12 m2 balcony with table, chairs and the sea view.
The nearest beach in Stobrec is just few minutes by car or about 15 min walking from the apartment.
We provide a free parking spot in the garage of the building.
Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room, terrace, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.
