You'll love to stay in this two bedroom apartment with patio, garden, and childrens playground in a quiet town Kastel Luksic.
It's located on the ground floor of a private house and is also suitable for disabled.
This apartment is ideal to have a quiet vacation close to the beach while still being close to buzzing tourist centers around it like Split and Trogir if you want to visit them.
Long beach with small pebble is just 5-10 min walking from the apartment.
You can also use patio, garden and childrens playground for free.
Patio has table and chairs and exit to the garden.
Living room has an LCD TV with cable channels, air condition unit and comfortable sofa bed sleeping two people.
Comfortable kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
You can also get breakfast from the owner for a fee and use the outside fireplace in the house garden together with the owner and guests of our other apartment.
First bedroom has one double bed and second bedroom has a bunk bed which lower level is suitable for two people and upper level is suitable for one person.
Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
You can use shared washing machine and we'll provide you iron and ironing board.
You will also get parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.
Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.
Everything Kastel Luksic has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach…

It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry.
We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its patio.
Outside fireplace in the yard of the house, together with childrens playground are shared with guests of our other apartment.
You will get a parking spot in the yard of the house free of charge.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Kastel Luksic is one of the seven Kastel's between Trogir and Split.
The town is settled in a very rich flatland and in it you can see many cultural monuments such as the church of St. John Birnj, the Vitturi castle which holds the city museum, the Our Lady of the Assumption church, the Vitturi park, Kastel Tataglia and others.
Beaches of the Kastela region combine into a 6km long string of bays and bathing areas which are shaded by pine trees and tamaris.
Every year from July 1st to august 31st, the “Kaštela Cultural Summer” festivities are held which consists of 60 different events: theatre plays, photography exhibits, popular and classical music concerts, folklore, sports competitions and various fishing and hunting festivities.
Kastel Luksic is reccomended for a quiet vacation and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.
