Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.

You are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay. According to the guarantee of the host of the Internet portal through which the Apartment was booked - Guests will be charged for any material damage. The list of contents is attached to the rules of this house.
3. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
Make sure you enter the correct number of sleeping guests. It is also important that we can provide enough towels and bed linen. Guests visiting you in the apartment are allowed. If you have friends or family you'd like to invite, discuss this with your host beforehand.
4. Loud parties, occasional parties and various types of other events are strictly prohibited.
As a courtesy of our neighbors and for security reasons, this venue is not rented out for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if discussed and agreed in advance.
5. Before leaving the house, make sure that all windows are closed (in case of rain, water will damage the wooden floor and cause flooding).
6. This is a non-smoking apartment.
7. Late check-out after 11:00 is extra paid and costs €15/70 PLN per hour.
Any disobedience to these rules will result in a procedure in the settlement center of the website through which the booking was made, which may result in a deposit being collected.
