A damage deposit and an executed lease may be required. Any reservation request with no previous VRBO rental history, ratings, or reviews will be subject to this requirement. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in immediate cancellation of the rental, forfeiture of all payments, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
