This gite offers perfect accommodation for your holiday in Normandy. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a wood-burning stove and a shower and WC. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Outside there is a lovely garden with seating and a small stream flowing at the bottom of the garden. The property is close to the A84 giving you great access for days out.
The front door opens up into the hallway, where to the left is the WC with hand basin and then straight ahead is the shower and utility room.
There is a large shower to the left and on the right is the utility area where there is a small washing machine, shelving, cleaning appliances, an iron, ironing board, a fridge freezer and a microwave.
To the right of the hallway is the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchenette has an electric 2 ring hob which you plug in and there is a mini oven for cooking and a sink. There is a round dining table with seating for 5 to sit and enjoy meals together. The lounge has a wood-burning stove to keep you warm in cooler months and there are 2 comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a DVD player.
The stairs take you up to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The one on the right has a double bed and the room on the
left has a double bed and a single.
There is parking to the side of the property for 2 cars. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and slopes down to the stream at the bottom of the garden. Please note that the garden is not fenced.
