Welcome to A-Frame-of-Mind, the perfect property for families and friends who love outdoor activities. This property offers great parking with room for snowmobile or boat trailers and all your toys. The large deck with hot tub and BBQ is ideal for relaxing after a long day of adventure in and around McCall. The location is close to the river where you can launch tubes to float in the warmer months, and the Activity Barn is just down the road. Lovely, wooded setting where you can cross-country ski from the home and enjoy the beautiful winter scenery.
A-Frame-of-Mind is pet-friendly and is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown McCall. Accommodating up to eight guests with three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master and first guest bedroom have queen beds, and the second guest room offers two full size beds. The master bathroom has a step-in shower, and the guest bathroom is set up with a tub and shower combination.
Plenty of space to gather in the great room with propane fireplace and floor to ceiling windows for an open and bright setting. Dining table seats six with two extra spots at the bar in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen. This home also has central air conditioning for those hot summer days and nights!
This property has access to the Payette Riverwalk - 41-acres of riverfront property located at 250 Moonridge Drive. This land is protected under a conservation easement held by the Payette Land Trust, which protects the river from development, conserves wildlife habitat, and allows responsible access to the river. The Payette Riverwalk is now open to the public for bike and pedestrian traffic - no motor vehicles. People can fish, paddle board, float the Payette for 2 hours by launching at the Red Bridge and taking out at Moonridge. 5 vehicle parking is available, and it is just a short walk from the property!
