The cabin is located approximately 7 to 8 miles from downtown Blairsville.
Important Information for Your Stay:
1. **Towels and Toiletries:** Our property includes towels and toiletries as amenities. To ensure your comfort, we offer enough for a 3-day stay as a courtesy. Extended stays may require additional supplies.
2. **Hot Tub Usage:** Keep the hot tub water temperature at 102°F when not in use. Adjust the temperature using the blue and red buttons before enjoying. Please avoid adding bubbles or oil to the tubs.

House Rules:
- No pets
- No parties or events allowed – defined as having more than double the number of registered guests in the cottage at any given time.
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premise.
- No unregistered guests allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
- No open fire of any kind indoors- lighters, candles, matches etc.
- No glitter or confetti.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
- Please keep the windows and doors closed at all times.
- Please keep A/C the temperature set between 65 to 84 degrees.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
- Pets: Only 2 pets under 50 lbs are allowed per reservation.
Bathroom:
- Please don't flush anything but toilet paper.
- Please use makeup removing towels instead of white wash clothes to remove makeup.
Kitchen and Dining:
- Please don’t leave cooking food unattended.
- Please use a cutting board instead of cutting items directly on the counter or dining table.
- Please use a heat pad when placing hot items on the counter top or the dining table.
- Trash: The garbage bins are located outside of the cabin.
- Parking: Please park in front of the cabin you're staying in.
When Leaving the House:
- Please turn off the stove and oven when you go out.
- Always lock the door, at all times, upon entrance and exit.
**All violations will result in a $500 fine**
