COTTAGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
KITCHEN – Functional, galley kitchen with lots of counter space and well-stocked with a double sink, stove/oven and over the range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, cups, mugs, and toaster oven – everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at the cottage. Direct access to wrap around porch.
LAUNDRY – Full size washer and dryer located in kitchen.
LIVING ROOM – Bright living room and DINING ROOM combination provides an ideal gathering place with a large comfortable couch, ottoman, and rocking chairs. Curl up in front of the flat-screen TV or play games together under chandelier lighting at the dining room table. This cottage features two outdoor dining tables too! Living Room has direct access to wrap-around porch, half bathroom, and staircase to bedrooms on 2nd floor. Sorry, the fireplace is not currently in use.

Bedroom 1: 2nd floor Master bedroom with king-size bed, seating area for two with small breakfast table, desk, and TV. This bedroom is huge!

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking. Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.” This cottage is in Mount Gretna Campmeeting. Additional Rules & Regulations apply.

Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit.
