Immersed in the tranquility of a large private park, the villa offers a breathtaking view of Lake Como from every room and accommodates up to 14 people. This exclusive and refined setting is completed by a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a large veranda with a barbecue area.
Frequented over the years by illustrious pillars of our culture, including the famous publisher and writer Garzanti, who fell in love with the wonderful view enjoyed from this intimate corner of paradise and lived the villa as a holiday home for years.
Recently the property has built a private road, which crosses the park of the villa and leads directly to the lake.

Other things to note
We inform our customers that according to Italian law, at the time of booking, they are required to provide us with the following data: name and surname - date and place of birth - residential address
CHECK-IN 16: 00-18: 00
CHECK-OUT: 8: 30-10: 00
Self-check in is allowed after 18:00.
- Guests will find the keys in the mailbox which will open with a code (instructions will be provided by the host by email). Before entering the villa, each guest must, compulsorily, fill in, sign and send back to the property the form for the declaration of presence at the police headquarters. This document must be sent to the property prior to the check-in date.
- For early check in and late check out, subject to availability, a supplement is required.
- Any increase in the number of guests must be communicated within 48 hours prior to the start date of the stay. After this deadline, the customer no longer has the right to change the number of guests.
We inform you that the maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 12 people, from 1 to 8 people only 4 rooms will be available, from 1 to 10 people 5 rooms.
On request it is possible to add 2 extra beds (possibility of accommodation up to 14 people) with changes in the price
