Here you live in a pleasant holiday home, surrounded by forest and pastures. The house belongs to a farm that the owner still uses. From the balcony you can enjoy this rural idyll. Here you drink your morning coffee or enjoy the afternoon sun. On slightly cooler evenings, you have a glazed conservatory. A peaceful accommodation, perfect for nature lovers and families with children. From the entrance, on the left is a smaller family room with a TV that can be used as a playroom etc. for the children. To the left is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In the center is a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cabin and washing machine. The spacious living room has both dining areas and comfortable seating. The sofa bed is for two people. There is also a large TV with Swedish channels and a selection of old and new films to play. There is free wifi throughout the house. Another bedroom, slightly smaller, has two single beds. The glazed conservatory is perfect when the evenings are a little chilly or to enjoy early mornings. Right next to the house is a pond with a jetty and seating. Why not bring something good to drink and enjoy the tranquility by the water. The owner still manages the farm, but lives elsewhere. He is in the barn from time to time but without disturbing you. The area is rural with both forest and open pastures. There are nice walking and cycling routes here. Hallandsleden passes nearby and there are several small nature reserves here. Nearby is the community of Simlångsdalen with both a shop and a restaurant. Ulvered's Hjorthägn (deer enclosure) and fishing camp are also nearby. A popular destination with a restaurant. Nearby there are also Danish falls which are worth a visit. Just outside Mästocka village is Björsjön with a very nice public swimming area with jetty and barbecue areas. Only a short drive takes you to both Mellbystrand's fine beaches and the summer town of Laholm. Lagan, which offers fine salmon fishing, meanders here. Fishing license applies. Just outside Knäred are the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna with swimming areas and fine canoeing waters. You also have the nice summer towns of Halmstad and Båstad within easy reach.
