Welcome to a very nice cottage that was built in 2011. A charming cottage with today's modern standards which enables you to just enjoy and have a comfortable holiday. It is incredibly well planned which makes it perfect for the couple or family. There is a lovely feeling in the cabin with high ceilings and nice light coming in with the skylights. Here you have first floor on the Scanian plain with a view over the fields and the best location on a corner. The fact that you also live in the heart of Österlen means that you have an incredible amount to experience and do just a short drive away. On the lower level you have a spacious living room with sofa and TV (please bring mobile broadband, chromecast or equivalent). You have the lavish kitchen directly adjacent to the living room. There is a cozy breakfast/dining corner here. The house's bathroom is well proportioned and has also been renovated to today's high standard, such as underfloor heating, which provides plenty of warmth on the colder days of the holiday. You also have a washing machine, which makes your stay even more comfortable. There is also a shower, wash basin and toilet here. You have the large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) on the lower floor. Bright and pleasantly furnished. Here you can sleep well at night before adventures and excursions await. Up the stairs in the loft you have two smaller bedrooms, perfect for the children or teenagers but also works for an adult. There is standing height in parts of the loft. There are 3 beds here, spread over the two bedrooms. A small bonus here is the small alcove in the loft where there is a smaller bed 60x140 cm that can be used if desired. Outside the doors, you have a large partly private terrace where you can enjoy the fine Scanian evenings with something good to drink and eat. You have a grill, perhaps for your purchased fish down in Kåseberga. Wherever you are on the grounds, there is a place for you and your party. It is also said that you can experience an unforgettable starry sky here. A couple of hundred meters away you have both a tennis court, soccer field, basketball court, playground and a lovely barbecue area. This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
