The large open contemporary concept living room has two sets of sliding doors with views/access to the pool/lake . Your comfort is our priority , the living room has 3 full-size sofas , a coffee table, 2 swivel rocking chairs near the sliding doors where you enjoy reading a book or current magazines and a 50” Roku flat-screen TV. For convenience, there is a C table for work at home/virtual school.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A chef’s dream kitchen was fitted with quartz counter tops! Fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils to make a quick snack or for a family meal. Fridge/Freezer with water/ice dispenser, coffee machine, nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and oven/hob. There is a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen and a dining table just off the kitchen that seats 6 and overlooks the pool/lake. All dinner wear, cooking utensils ,kitchen linens etc are provided. You will be provided with two (2) dishwasker pods, one (1) roll of disposable kitchen paper towel and two (2) garbage bags.There is even a desk behind the dining table for your work / school at home use.

POOL/SPA - OVERSIZED LANAI WITH LAKE VIEWS!
The home is West facing and the sun sets over the lake are just breathtaking. The lanai is oversized so you can sunbathe all day long with a television where you can view the game while relaxing in the pool. The yard/garden is large so you can even lounge outside of the lanai in privacy. The pool/spa area is also private as there is privacy fencing on either side of the home. The pool is 5 feet deep. There are sun loungers and ample chairs , one outdoor dining table with four chairs or enjoying al fresco dining or for relaxing.

In the garage you will find a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.You will be provided with two (2) laundry detergennt pods and two (2) dryer sheets.
