Welcome to a very pleasant accommodation in the countryside, a stone's throw from the sea. You can see the sea from the house across the Kalvefjord. The house is located on a farm with apple trees and nice green areas. Next to the house flows a stream with ruins from old mills and the beech forest is around the corner of the garden. You are welcomed by a solid entrance with beautiful double doors into the large hall. Everything is bright and you have large surfaces. Directly to the right is a bedroom with two single beds standing together. Adjacent is another bedroom with a family bed; bunk bed with 120 cm wide lower part and 90 cm wide upper part. This room is perfect room for the children. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is the bathroom. It is bright and fresh. Here there is a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. The kitchen is modern and has a gas stove from IKEA, oven and dining area. Straight ahead is a balcony door with outdoor furniture. Here you sit and eat breakfast and look out over the fjord, the brook that ripples below and the rural atmosphere. The house is on a farm that is used and shares the plot with other accommodation if you live in the house next door. You have a large garden and the opportunity for great experiences. For those who like to swim, there is a nice bathing spot with a sandy beach approx. 700 m from the house. The nature reserves are also located around here. Those who like fishing have great fishing opportunities in the fjord. There is a trout premiere from April 1 and fly fishing in May. The best location is to walk directly after the sandbank only 300 m. The farm you live on dates back to the early 14th century and the house has been carefully renovated to have a good standard but remind of life in the past. If you want to get out into the country, have nice nature experiences and be close to salty baths, this is a very good accommodation that has a lot to offer. The lawn is large and invites you to play and lazy days in the shade. If you want to go on a journey of discovery, you go up a small path with a stream and the beech forest for company. Maximum number of cars in the parking lot is two. The advantage of the area is that it is quiet and rural and has lots of nice bathing spots. You can easily reach Lysekil, Grundsund and Fiskebäckskil by car. This is perfect accommodation for the family. A warm welcome to a beautiful house with the sea right next door.
