My place is close tı the airport,public transport,and nightlşfe.
The closest match to such a wonderful ambiance in close vicinity is perhaps Hampton ( by Hilton), however then it has 10 times higher cost, that too without kitchen
You'll love my place because of the ambiance , the neighborhood,and the people.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers,family and business travelers
The Kitchen has everything that one need for cooking Breakfast , Rice cooker, Deep-Frier Chips-pot, Fridge & Washing machine etc.
Ps
No Pork or non Kosher food cooking is permissible
No shoes inside apartment permitted,one can find separate slippers for inside usage at etrance
Please switch off all lights and water taps before leaving or at departure (There Is master electric panel right inside of entrance door, plz cross check all circuit breakes are on, just incase you find no electricity.

How to Reach to Apertment:
From airport you can take a CAB ör İETT bus service-number E10 Bus and drop at KURTKÖY Poliklink stop (Third stop from SAW- which stops right infront of Hampton by Hilton İstanbul Kurtköy and there on just walk 5 minutes to reach to Dumankaya cadde

Inside, my (2+1) you will find large living room with panoramic windows ,as well es a dining area and modern kitchen complate with every amenity.
One bathroom plus a laundry room with sink and toilet. The (2+1) features every modern convenience includig a washer and dryer , Electric oven functionalities, refrigerator, ricecooker , Wifi internet
with the 2+1 can comfortably accommodate up to six people
Transportation Hub
Since the Dumankaya cadde is in the countrtside, a car is recommended Nearest airports Sabiha Gökçe SAW(1 km) ATATÜRK airports (35 kms)
Nearest Ferry Port: Pendik Ferryboat transportation is only 15 minutes away from my place at Kurtköy.
Kurtköy, being very çölse to the coastal orada, TEM and E-5 highways, is one of Turkey's richest residential areas in terms of easy transportation
The fastest bus to Marmaray under ground train is E11 (travel time to Kadıköy ferry boat and Metro is approximately 40 minutes)
Kadıköy metro can connect you Old town via Marmaray - fast underground train can then get you to old city center, Sultan Ahmet withing 10 minutes or else, one can reach from Kadıköy to old town via spectacular Bosphorus ferry in a matter of 25 minutes.
when you enter TEM- super highway through the Kurtköy tool booths, you can reach the Bosphorus or the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridges in no more than 20 minutes
Cosest Metro line is at Pendik (approximately 35 Minutes by Buses E10 or KH 16)
Another near by Metro station(Kurtköy or SAW Airport ) which is currently under construction, will pass through the Kartal- Pendik-Kurtköy-Airport line.
Kurtköy hosts many educational institutions including Sabancı University, Okan University, Koç High School, Küçük Prens Elementery School, Bilfen pre school, Irmak Pre school ,an the soon to be opened
