This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across five private bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and an additional half bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.
Bedroom #1, the main master bedroom located downstairs, features a king-sized bed, access to the patio/lanai, a spacious walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with dual vanities, a separate walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
Bedroom #2, an upstairs second master bedroom, features a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #3 offers a king-sized bed.
Bedroom #4 contains two twin-sized beds.
Bedroom #5 has twin bunk beds.
Please note that pool heating is not covered in the rental rate. To heat the spa, pool heating is necessary and incurs an additional charge of $45.00 per night, available from 10 AM to 11 PM. Pool heating must be booked at least 36 hours before check-in and for the duration of the stay. Pool maximum temperature of 87 degrees and spa 102 degrees. If temperatures outside are below 60 degrees pool heat is not recommended. The home is equipped with a pool door alarm. Pool maintenance occurs every Tuesday, during which time the pool company will perform cleaning, rendering the pool temporarily unavailable.
GRILL
We offer a propane grill. You will be responsible for cleaning the grill, or you can pay a $30.00 cleaning fee to ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you arrive, feel free to use it. We try to ensure there is propane but cannot guarantee it. There is a Publix less than 5 miles away if you need a propane tank exchange. Guests who request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused by it. For safety reasons, the location of the grill should not be moved, and when done grilling, shut the propane tank valve off. Please let us know if you will request the grill cleaning service.
It's important to note that although the community is near many attractions, there is no public transportation available. The most convenient ways to travel are by personal car, rental car, or Uber. Additionally, we provide two complimentary parking spaces at the house. The major attractions in Florida are all within a short driving distance.
