This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room, a den, and two dining areas, providing plenty of room to unwind. The enclosed saltwater pool area offers abundant seating and activities. With 12 beds, the house accommodates 16 guests.

Upon entering the home, to the right is the en-suite that features a King Bedroom set, Smart Tv, double sinks, shower and Walk in closet.

To the left of the home, the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds & smart TV, a full bathroom separates, the third Bedroom, which contains a Queen size bedroom set and smart Tv.

A generously sized, cozy couch is located in the main living area. Another couch pulls out to a bed in the den.

The third bedroom is off the dining area, features yet again, two more sets of bunk beds & a smart TV!

Plenty of space for seating! There are four bar stools around the kitchen counter, a table in the breakfast nook with 6 chairs, and another table in the dining area with 6 more chairs!

The backyard features a fully, screened in pool lanai. 4 adirondack chairs, 4 lounge-chairs, and two separate sitting areas. Relax while the kids swim, enjoy a game on the 65 inch TV, BBQ on the gas grill, or even roast marshmallows on the coffee table turned fire pit. Enjoy a game of cornhole or the jumbo connect 4!

Kitchen if fully stocked with a toaster, plates, cooking utensils, silverware, cookware, bake-ware, cups, assorted seasonings, and a loaded coffee bar. Dish soap will be provided as well as a couple dishwasher tabs to start your stay.

Both bathrooms are stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair & body washes.

The laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer. Guests will be provided with a couple laundry detergents packs.

Pack n Play and high chair is located in the bunk room closet. Pack n play sheet provided, when requested.

The Heated/Cooled game room is state of the art! Featuring a dart board, PS5 with 4 controllers, a interchangeable pool/airhockey/ping pong table. Two 65 inch Tvs to display games. Custom arcade pedestal gaming console containing over 73,000 Games!

The entire house is accessible for guest except for the three locked closets. Two in the primary Bathroom, and one in the hallway.

Please note that for your security and the security of the property there is a doorbell camera, outside monitoring the front porch. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with kids.

POOL: PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury. There is a Alarm on the backdoor leading out to the Pool Area that announces when its opened There is also a lock on the door that should be used. Use the firepit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Use ALL items at your own risk including floats and life jackets.

PETS: Well-behaved Pets are welcome, but a non-refundable additional $125 fee is required for thorough professional cleaning.
-Pets must go outside to potty. Please clean up defecations in the yard immediately and dispose of bags properly.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or blankets at any time.
-No pets allowed in pool.
-Pets must be under control of owner at all times. No excessive barking.
As much as we love Pets, any damages caused by your furry companion will be your responsibility. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. Charges will be incurred if pet waste is found after checkout.

A gas grill is provided. Please clean after use and turn off the propane tank. Please do not move the grill towards the screen area and do not leave grill unattended.

Due to the extensive cleaning that may be needed, lingering distinctive odors left from food kept and/or prepared in home, may be cause for an additional $50 cleaning fee. For example- raw fish left in fridge or indoor fish fries.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
+The security deposit will not be charged but just put on hold and it will be released 14 days after your checkout if there is no damage claim during your stay.
