Vacation home with pool on the coast of Cilento, 3.5 km from the center of San Marco. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bathrooms and two terraces, one of which is also covered. The 1st floor is reached by a double staircase and here there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is very well furnished and partially air-conditioned. The villa is the ideal place to accommodate families or groups of friends. The villa has an 800 m2 fenced garden, with automatic gate and a gazebo where you can park three cars. A large wooden structure with chairs, two large tables (twenty people), wood stove and barbecue offers plenty of space for outdoor meals. You can sunbathe on the large sun terrace by the pool while enjoying a delicious aperitif. Villa Teresa is located 4 km from the sea, in one of the most scenic areas of the Cilento Coast, in the province of Salerno. It is situated in a panoramic position in the mountains, making it the ideal place to relax and breathe the pure mountain air. If you want to be active during your vacation, you can go on hiking excursions, rent bicycles, motorcycles and boats and go on discovering the picturesque Cilento coast. In Agropoli (20 km) you can reach by boat the islands of Positano, Amalfi, Capri and Ischia. Some distances: the temples of Paestum (40 km), the beautiful Palinuro with its fantastic caves and the breathtaking bay of the Infreschi (40 km ) and Pompeii (80 km). The many typical local pizzerias and restaurants will satisfy gourmets with excellent local products.
