Welcome to a cozy and bohemian house on a hilly natural site on beautiful Vätö, an idyll with high cultural and historical value, a stonecutter's village and nice baths. The house is charmingly bohemian and during summer, spring and autumn you like to sit on the large cozy glassed-in balcony with sliding windows. Here you can enjoy the rural view and look out over the small lake. In the living room you sit comfortably on the pull-out sofa bed and feel free to light the fire on chilly evenings, firewood included. In the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and next to the bedroom there is a small bathroom with composting toilet and sink and washing machine. You can shower in the newly built shower house, which is located about 4 m from the house, and here there is also a composting toilet and sink. There is also an outdoor shed on the grounds. The kitchen has everything you need and you can stand and wash the dishes with the windows open to the beautiful view. If you light the wood stove in the kitchen, you will quickly get warm and cozy. On the plot, also about 4 m from the shower house, there is an annex with two beds, microwave, kettle and small dining area. In the storage room next door there is a larger fridge and freezer. Feel free to take a bath outdoors in the wood-fired hot tub and gaze out at the stars. There is also a sauna and outdoor shower here so you can create your own little spa. You have no neighbors nearby so you can feel free. Further down the plot there is a small culinary caravan from the 1970s that you also have access to. There are several patios on the grounds and feel free to use the gas grill (you need to buy gas yourself) for a good barbecue dinners. About 100 m below the house runs a road that is sparsely trafficked, but somewhat more so on weekends. From nearby Håknäsbrygga you can take a steamboat to Arholma and see Stockholm's beautiful archipelago. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the beautiful Håknäsbadet, where there is both a sandy beach, piers and a playground for children. Bathing areas are available almost everywhere on the island, including a lake with a jetty. The nearest grocery store is about 1.5 km from the house. If you want to eat well, you can cycle to the very nice restaurant Norrgärdet for a wonderful dining experience.
