‘River Walk House’ is a brand new build (2023) comprising of large kitchen with everything you need in order to cook your favourite dish. Pets and children are welcome too.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Also downstairs is a very large open plan kitchen/living room with a large utility room.
FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX.
Kitchen comprises of: breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots/pans, cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses and cooking utensils.
In the open plan kitchen/lounge there is a large 4 seat sofa with coffee table and 55" flat screen smart tv with streaming software such as netflix etc.
Also in every bedroom is a 50" flat screen smart tv too! Armchair, wardrobes, drawers (please bring your own hangers). Washing machine/dryer/iron/ironing board.
All bathrooms have a large walk in shower. Towels, bed linen, toilet roll, fairy liquid, soap, shower gel, bin bags, cleaning products are provided.

2 mins from boston Town Center, but very quiet and secluded. Lovely River walks just down the lane.
You are more than welcome to smoke and vape outside of the property, but please dispose of your cigarettes in a metal or glass container and dispose of yourself. NO smoking inside including vaping.

Located near the river, with countryside views, this house is the perfect location. Quiet for contractors or holiday makers, but only a few miles from town and tourism, etc.
Professional luxury linen and bedding protectors are provided on every bed. We provide towels, toiletries, loo roll, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, crockery, pots/pans, etc, mugs, glasses, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar (no milk is provided due to allergies). Large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob and cooker. We provide what we feel is enough for the amount of guests and period of stay.
