The space
Ranch style single story home. Three bedrooms in the back of the house, including the master bedroom, the "yoga room" is the largest of the four bedrooms located in the front of the house. The dining room and living room are a continuous space, certainly an open floor concept in the main living area. The dining room, master bedroom, and yoga room all have sliding door access to the backyard. Our family lived in this home for 10 years, we're sure you're going to love it! Perfect for traveling nurses or anyone wanting to relocate to Southern Oregon!! 0.3 miles to RRMC. Walk to work in less than 10 minutes!
Guest access
Full access to the entire home excluding the garage. No use or parking in the garage. Our professional housekeeper uses all green/eco friendly cleaning products which are kept in the house for your additional use throughout your stay.
A Welcome Package will be provided with enough household supplies for at least a week including laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Long-term guests will be responsible for their own household supplies thereafter.
Other things to note
Guest have access to the full house, excluding the garage. No use or parking in garage. The backyard is fully fenced for safety of kids and pets. There is parking in the drive way for up to 3 cars, plus a covered carport for a 4th car. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a street with no thoroughfare. It is near RoxyAnn Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town, one is a few blocks away and the other is less than a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, golf courses, parks & playgrounds, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mount Ashland Ski Resort and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. There are many outdoor activities in the area including rafting the rogue, fishing, guided river fishing, hiking into secluded lakes, the list goes on and on. Southern Oregon is an outdoor paradise, come see for yourself!
