This beautiful villa is located in the small Istrian village of Zartinj. Zartinj is located in the north-western part of the Istrian peninsula, only 4 km from the town of Labin and only 7 km from the famous tourist town of Rabac.
Villa Royal Green has four furnished bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom and an additional toilet for shared use. The bedrooms have their own LCD TV. The villa has its own sauna, jacuzzi and children's playground in the garden, so there is something for everyone. Soak up the Istrian sun by the villa's large swimming pool (45 m2) and take a refreshing dip.
Visit the nearby old town of Labin, which is situated on a hill and offers a beautiful view of Rabac and the Kvarner Bay. At the market, you can buy local farm produce or take home fresh fish to prepare on the barbecue. Beach days can be spent in Rabac with its white pebble beaches and crystal clear water. Here you can take a boat trip to the neighbouring islands or take an evening stroll along the beautiful promenade.
Please note that this house only accepts youth groups or stag and hen parties, who must pay a refundable deposit.
