This beautifully decorated home has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you’ll need for a perfect getaway. Recycled timber, Australian art and some true blue rural touches combine with modern luxuries to create something a bit special.
The open plan living area includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and even an air-fryer. The dining setting seats 6 and the comfortable lounges will be perfect to kick back in and watch a family movie on the smart TV after a day out on the water or exploring this stunning locale. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable whatever the season, and a cosy wood-burning fire for the winter months. Books and games are provided for your enjoyment.
Doors, fitted with fly screens, open to the expansive deck where you’re bound to spend much of your time. With a comfortable seating area and a dining suite as well as stools and a hanging chair, there’s plenty of room for meals, card games and cocktails! The ramp offers wheelchair access to the garden with BBQ and firepit - perfect for evening entertainment.
The 3 bedrooms are all air-conditioned and tastefully furnished, 2 with Queen beds and the third with twin singles. 2 have smart TVs to enjoy some self-indulgent lie-ins. They all share the modern bathroom, with a shower, vanity and toilet. It also houses the washing machine and has external access to the clothes line. If you have young ones, there is a high chair and baby bath for your convenience.
With WiFi, plenty of parking, including for a boat should you have one (and you should bring it!) as well as lots of thoughtful extras, this home is bound to be a hit!
Situated in an idyllic rural setting, The Hide is only 8 minutes from Dawesville and Florida Beach Shopping Centre, and 20 minutes from Mandurah, so you get the best of both worlds. Rest and relaxation can easily combine with some lovely meals out and even some retail therapy!
The perfect location for nature lovers, the area is renowned for its amazing flora and fauna. Bring your boat and do some fishing or scoop for the famous Blue Manna crabs from the Esturay’s shore. There’s a walkway from the property down to the white sands, taking just a few minutes and the Dawesville Boat ramp is a short drive away. The local beaches are absolutely stunning and both the coast and the foreshore of the Peel Estuary are great for long walks or bicycle rides.
Walk along the estuary foreshore to The Leprechaun Cafe & Takeaway for coffee, try the Lazy Crab Tavern and the local Thai restaurant. Foreshore eateries a short drive away at The Cut are worth a visit and there are plenty more options for both eating out and shopping at Mandurah.
For golfers, The Cut Golf Course and Country Club is only 10 minutes away. Other options for entertainment include local wineries, breweries, spas and 4-wheel driving at White Hills Beach - such a choice! There are plenty of entertainment choices on offer for the kids in Mandurah.
