It is a renovated house of 350 sqm to share and it has:

The rooms and the house is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. Much of the furniture are new so that you can simply arrive with your suitcases to live in Bonn for a season in one of the most beautiful areas of Bonn.
Includes in the rent:
* Design house and fully equipped, contract, bedding, register, heating, electricity, chimney sweep, warm / cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax) , flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN) and management and maintenance services.
Room 9: (indicated as 8a in the plan). Located on the third floor.
It is a very sunny room with nice views to the patio and has 11 sqm and is equipped with a single bed of 90x200, closet, bedside table, and everything you see in the pictures. Most of the furniture are new.
Is located on the third floor of the house, and together with 4 other rooms share a large bathroom.
Minimum stay of three months, with option to register (Anmeldung).
The Poppelsdorfer Allee is a boulevard in Bonn. Originally, it connected the Electoral Palace with the Poppelsdorf Palace.
The street is mostly built with Wilhelminian style houses and covered with horse chestnut trees.

We are looking for young professionals and/or university students, people doing internships, to set up this new community.
- Only suitable for students and young professionals
-Minimum stay 3 months (also for registration in the property).
-Maximum stay one year
This is a shared house. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are shared among all tenants.
There are no rooms with private bathroom.
We prefer that tenants have previously lived in a shared apartment but it is not a requirement.

The property and room are fully furnished.

All rooms have keys.
Parking
For car, limited parking spaces, on the street.
For bicycles, spaces to leave it in the yard or in (hidden)ment.
Visitors
Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Housmates
Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.
Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
Contract
We make a temporary rental fortnightly contract . The provisions of this website can be applied for the management of payments.
