With the former stable building "La Stalla" we can offer you a very special holiday home: The today's 3½-room rustico was restored with a lot of feeling and decorated with attention to detail. Based on the unchanged layout of the original structure, the former function of the house can be guessed. The old beams and the former hayloft were skillfully integrated into today's living spaces. "La Stalla" is ideal for those of you who want to leave the mills of everyday life behind and seek a quiet and sunny spot to distance. The Rustico with its approx. 80 m² living space enchants not only by its extraordinary flair, but also with many possibilities to retreat through the differentiated outdoor areas. The right choice between balcony, roof terrace, covered terrace and hangar is really not easy! The highlight, however, is the approx. 8 m x 3 m pool (weather permitting from approx. End of May to approx. Beginning of October) with sunbathing area and outdoor shower, which you reach from the house over 12 steps through the enclosed hillside garden. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and can perfectly separate yourself from the daily monotony and see the world at a distance from above. The need to take advantage of the free wireless Internet access will probably make you less likely to experience this area. If all this seems too contemplative to you, you can start from the house to exciting hikes or tours by mountain bike.
