This highly designed space is open and inviting, with lots of room to be comfortable. Perfect for families or groups here to call "home". Three levels of luxury (with an in-home elevator) offers three bedrooms, a designated office, an outrageously stunning and modern gourmet kitchen, wrap around deck and views of baseball fields, there is plenty of room for your group to settle in for their stay!

Sylvan Park/Green Hills is a safe and trendy neighborhood located just west of downtown (approximately 10 minute drive). This home is within walking distance to several Nashville favorites: Edley's, Pancho & Leftys, Star Bagel, Park Cafe, Sylvan Supply (which includes: Punk Wok, Bearded Iris, Ginger Kitchen, coffee shops, shopping) and a golf course conveniently location across the street. Centrally located to go anywhere but also situated in a great spot if you want to hang locally. Our house backs up to the Sylvan Park Baseball fields
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a double car garage. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very inexpensive options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!
