Part of a semi-detached house with private pool in Subbiano, just 10 kilometres from Arezzo and at the gates of the Casentino National Park. It consists of two apartments, both of which have independent entrances and are not connected to each other. The first apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, bathroom. The other apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via a wooden staircase at the back of the property. This part consists of an open-plan room with kitchenette, living room, double bed, bathroom and two mezzanine bedrooms with single bed. There is a lovely terrace where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside and the lovely pool. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by a large garden connected to the well-tended vegetable garden of the owner, who does not use any chemical substances. In the vegetable garden you can freely pick and taste the delicious vegetables. Guests also have access to a table tennis table, a badminton net and boccia. Some fitness equipment is also available (abdominal bench, step, weights). This holiday accommodation is the ideal starting point for visiting the beautiful medieval town of Arezzo, where the famous Giostra del Saracino takes place every year in June and September. Subbiano is also strategically located for visiting the many historic villages in the Casentino area. Poppi 18 km, Bibbiena 14 km, Stia 28 km are just some of the great places where you can stroll and enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine with a good glass of wine. Not to be missed are the famous sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli, about 45 minutes away.
