This is a modern renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home in the Normanhurst neighbourhood of Hamilton. In the summer time you can enjoy the backyard deck.
The home is near many amenities such as golf courses, Eastgate Square, parks, and just minutes away from Red Hill Valley Parkway.
Less than 10 minutes away from Tim Hortons Field where a lot of sporting events are held in the city.

This is a detached home and features many new updates and stainless steel appliances. There is no carpet and hardwood floor throughout the entire home. The bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds, all with new linens and memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms are nice and big and each has their own closet. The backyard has a nice deck for you to hang out and bask in the sun.
This home can accommodate up to 7 guests. There are 3 bedrooms (each sleep 2), and the living room has a couch (not a pull-out) that can sleep 1. There is a free parking spot located on the driveway of the home.
The home is has laundry located on the second floor which comes in handy for longer stays.
There is also a washer and dryer that you can use!
There is another self contained unit with a separate entrance located in the basement of the home. The unit on the main floor may or may not be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared.
I do not live on site but am always available by phone. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need something. I try to be as accommodating as possible!
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after initial reserve provided is used.
IDs of the individual booking will be needed as our policy
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.
(Only permitted outside the house.)
We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
7. Early check in requests are based upon availability. There will be a surcharge of $50 for check ins between 8am to 2pm.
8. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
9. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
10. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
11. Lock all windows and doors if your are not home.
12. Turn off all lights when not in use.
13. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
14. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
15. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
16. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

17. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
18. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.
