This delightful, ground floor apartment in a Victorian villa is located along the promenade about 1½ miles north of Rothesay town centre on the Ardbeg Peninsula, and is within walking distance of Port Bannatyne’s town centre. It sits in a delightful position with stunning views and is well-suited for families or couples as a base for exploring the Isle of Bute. The spacious living room is front facing with a large bay window offering spectacular sea views. There is a large dining table in the fully fitted kitchen. The spacious master bedroom boasts sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are two twin bedrooms with garden views and a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The well-maintained front garden and rear drying green is shared with residents of the other apartments.There is easy access to both Port Bannatyne and Rothesay town centre and all the shops, bar, bistros and cafés, and to all the other activities and amenities which Bute has to offer.
The small, charming, coastal town of Rothesay boasts many interesting shops, cafés, restaurants and attractions. Rothesay is Bute’s main town, and there is an excellent tourist office in the Discovery Centre, which also houses an exhibition about the island. There are many activities for holiday makers to enjoy with tennis, squash, putting greens, bowling greens and a leisure centre. Rothesay is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Bute and it is also the main ferry port and transport hub for the island.

It was designed by the 1st Marquess of Bute and inspired by the model of an English village. Ettrick Bay is a beautiful broad expanse of sandy beach, about a mile long, with superb views across to the Isle of Arran and the Kintyre Peninsula, while Scalpsie Bay is home to a large colony of seals. Historical sites include Rothesay Castle and Mount Stuart House. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
