Linden Cottage is located in a quiet residential area in Coxhoe just a short distance from both the A19 and A1, and a short drive to the city of Durham with its famous cathedral, university, shops, cafés, restaurants and beautiful riverside walks. A spacious end terraced cottage offering comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The living space is open plan with a comfortable living room and dining area with original oak beams, Freeview TV, electric log effect burner and attractive local artwork reflecting the heritage of the area. Patio doors lead from the dining area into a conservatory with more seating to sit, relax or read a book. Perfect for a mixed group, there is a second small living area with seating, coffee table and games to entertain. The modern style kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the appliance you will need to cater for your stay. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a large master double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle. To the rear is a small, enclosed patio area and parking is either roadside at the front of the property or for smaller cars, there is a narrow lane to the side of the cottage.

Durham Castle and cathedral must be visited to appreciate the awe-inspiring architecture. The Gala Theatre is located in the centre of the city, making the cottage a perfect location for guests wanting to enjoy a theatre trip as part of their break.
