This cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for family groups looking for a quiet getaway. Many children's amenities are provided making it the perfect place for families with kids!
Upon entering you will be in the downstairs living area which has a tv, video games and a foosball table (the basement fireplace is not functional but the upstairs one is). This floor also has 2 bedrooms a bathroom and the laundry room.
Going upstairs you will find the spacious kitchen and dining area / bar along with the upstairs living room with a TV and office space. There is another bedroom and bathroom on this floor as well.
The back deck is large and has plenty of seating and dining options. The deck faces the backyard where you can enjoy a campfire, lounge in the sun or take the path through the back gate that leads straight to the beach! No need to find parking at the busy beaches in the area, all you need to do is walk 1 minute down the path and you are there!
Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 islands, and you can take great boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Other area attractions include St Marie Among the Hurons, Martyrs Shine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Awenda Provincial Park, The Elmvale Zoo and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking or walking trails.

The cottage is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Tiny, ON. With access to a private (shared with the local community) beach and next to Deanlea Beach. The closest towns are Elmvale and Wyevale.
There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway
Cottage Rules:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than six people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day. If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violations fines are $300 in Tiny.
No pets are allowed.
Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment.
Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times.
In compliance with the Tiny Township short-term rental by-law, all renters must sign the short-term rental accommodation code of conduct form as issued by Tiny Township. This document will be sent to you after you've booked. Minimum stay of 6 nights from April 15- October 15. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Campfires: Before you start a fire, it is your responsibility to know if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township.
In order to have a campfire on a property in Tiny, a Fire Permit must be obtained. You will find this permit in the rental binder.
Having a fire during a fire ban or winds over 20 km/h = $180 fine
No smoking inside. Please put all butts into the fireplace pit or specified ashtray.
Maximum 6 people at all times (which includes adults and children over the age of 2).
No grease down the drain. Please empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost (we’re on a septic system)
Only toilet paper can be flushed down toilets (we’re on a septic system)
Rental Property should be left in the same condition as originally found. Cleaning supplies are provided in the closet located in the first-floor bathroom. Renters are responsible to:
o Remove all contents brought with you
o All garbage, compost and recycling must be placed in the outdoor garbage carts.
o Put all furniture, small appliances, toys and games, and other cottage contents back in their original position for all rooms
o Wash dirty dishes before departure
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
