Are you looking for a home away from home? Why not escape to Wil-deer-ness on the Creek. Centrally located just south of Raleigh NC. This beautiful cape cod home nestled on over one wooded acre is located just minutes from the towns of Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs North Carolina. Convenient access to all areas of the triangle including Raleigh, Research Triangle Park (RTP), Apex, and more! This extended-stay short-term rental is available to book for 3 nights up to 2 weeks at a time. This cozy, three bedroom, three bath home which sleeps up to six people, comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, peaceful and memorable stay. The property is fully furnished, linens and all paper products (to get you started) are included, all kitchenware provided and is close to many area attractions. Relax on the screened porch with a beautiful forest view. Cool off on those hot summer days in the full finished basement. Play a friendly game of cards, checkers, or foosball in the game room. Surf the internet, or catch your favorite streaming shows via Roku on one of 3 TVs provided in the property. You can also enjoy the large back yard with a game of cornhole which is provided.
There are plenty of local attractions to keep you busy when you go out for the day. You'll discover many fine restaurants, golf courses, breweries, museums, parks and hiking trails. The home is a 3 story house consisting of a basement, main floor, and top floor. There are about 12 stairs/steps separating each level. There are doors leading from the outside into both the basement and the main level of the home.
Basement: Contains the living room area and game room. Can be entered from the driveway with no stairs. There are about 12 stairs/steps to get to the main level from the basement without walking outside.
Main Level: You can enter this level from the front door. From the parking area, you can walk up the driveway to the sidewalk that brings you to the front door. There are about 3-4 stairs/steps up onto the front porch (see photos). The main level contains the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, a 2nd bathroom off of the kitchen, and the laundry room. You also access the screened porch on the back of the home from the main level (from the kitchen). If you want to walk from the screened porch to the back yard, there are about 12 stairs/steps down to the ground (see photos). The master bathroom has a jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, toilet, and large walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom off of the kitchen has a vanity, toilet, and combination tub/shower.
Top Level: There is no outside access to this level of the home. The top level is accessed by about 12 stairs/steps from the main level (dining area). The top level contains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom. The 3rd bathroom contains a vanity and linen closet plus a separate room that contains the toilet and combination tub/shower.
