The private pool adds an inviting touch, providing a refreshing escape. The location is conveniently close to shops and a 1 mile from Pompano Beach, where an array of attractions, restaurants, and pubs await your enjoyment.
The Space:
LIVING ROOM: Unwind in the comfort of two recliner sofas in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: This home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and an extra 2 twin mattress (maximum 8 adults). The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and closet, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin and 2 full bunk beds. Pack n Play is available at the property.
There are two full bathrooms, each stocked with complimentary toiletries.
KITCHEN & DINING: The renovated kitchen features upgraded stainless-steel appliances. You can opt to sit at the 4-person kitchen island or gather around the 6-seat dining table for home-cooked meals.
OUTDOOR AREA: Sliding glass doors from the pool table room lead to the covered patio. Outside area includes a grill, a 6-seat dining table with an umbrella, four lounge chairs, and a fantastic pool.
HEATED POOL
The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C , which is normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase to 90°F/32°C for an additional $25 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.
Golf Course Information (5-minute drive): The nearby Pines Championship Golf Course, redesigned by renowned golf architect Greg Norman, offers an 18-hole, 7,100-yard course with a par of 72. Adjacent to it is the Palms Course, a traditional Florida course with 18 holes, a par of 71, and over 6,280 yards, catering to golfers of varying skill levels.

The entire house includes a fenced-in private backyard with a pool, providing exclusive access for guests. Entry to the house is facilitated through a personalized pin code, ensuring secure and convenient access during your stay.

Santa Barbara Estates is a quiet, family-oriented, waterfront neighborhood. Located 1 mile from Pompano Beach.
Getting Around:
We are off Federal Hwy and Atlantic Blvd. All stores are close by, and we are 1 mile from the beach.

Kindly be advised: Parking is available in front of the house on the circular driveway, up to 4 cars. Guests do not have access to park in the garage.
