5 minutes walking from San Juan beach (Alicante) in a community with 2 swimming pools. 8km from Alicante downtown. 25km from Benidorm and thematic parks 'Terra Natura', 'Terra Mitica' and 'Mundomar'. Also close to the mountains (1558m the top of ‘Aitana mountain’) to enjoy hiking and appreciate the landscape of the Costa Blanca.
The space
Fully renewed studio located in a residence with 2 swimming pools open all the year and green areas. The kitchen, American style, is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and bar. The living room is equipped with two armchairs, small table and library, TV with USB port, DVD and books. In the same area you will find a round table, a double floating bed (140x200cm), 70 cm from the floor with two steps and a futon that transforms in a bed for two (140x200cm). The toilet has a shower and a washing machine.
The beach is 400metres from the apartment and we really recommend you to go walking. The parking in the beach is difficult. Otherwise there is always parking near the apartment, it is free in the streets.
Air conditioner: We have a portable air conditioner. It is enough for a small apartment but some guests doesn't like it.
A big supermarket is 200m from the apartment. Bus stop is 200m to Alicante downtown. TRAM stop is 500m to Benidorm. There are also in the area others supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars, bakery, fisherman and the beach with its famous "chiringuitos" (bars and restaurants on the sand).

Public transport:
BUS/TRAM = 20 min to Alicante downtown.
TRAM = 35min to Benidorm
Guest access
The apartment is completely for the guest. The community has two swimming pool, one in front of the building, and the other one in the chalets area, in the other side of the street.
Interaction with guests
- I am the owner but I do not live in Alicante, another person will receive the guest and manage the booking. The contact will be given when the booking have been confirmed.
Other things to note
There is not necesary to have a car: you could walk to the beach (5 minutes) and the bus and tramway to go to the city are five minute walking too. You could go the the airport by bus or take a taxi ( 20 / 30€). It Is possible to rent bikes or motos in the beach. The beach is very big (7km no-stop) with a lot of activities for the children and there are beach volley, water sport, etc. 20 minute walking from the house there is the cape (Cabo de las Huertas) a protected area to do trekking among the rocks, creeks, clear water, etc. It is possible to practice nudism and diving (with or without oxygen tube). From Alicante's port you could go to Tabarca Island, another protected area to do trekking and diving. 25km from the house there is benidorm and one of the most important Telesky in Spain. Benidorm is very famous to go out in the night and parties
