Credit cards and U.S. currency are accepted at the resort, most restaurants, gas stations and shops in addition to pesos. Electricity is 110 volts with standard outlets. There are two computer stations with complimentary high-speed internet access and printer located in the lobby area available for guests to use.
Please be advised that the La Palapa Restaurant and Bar at the Sea of Cortez Beach Club is closed until further notice. As a result the resort does not currently offer food and beverage services.
Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
TAXES AND FEES:
Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $208 MXN plus tax Resort Fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
*Resort Fee includes Guest Internet Access; Barbecue Equipment; Movie and Board Game Rentals; Outdoor Games Giant Chess, Checkers and Foosball Table.
