Everything is brand new in this home and is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It was recently renovated & freshly painted.
2 parking spaces available for free in the driveway directly in front of the unit. (2 smaller additional cars may be accommodated). You may also choose to park along the street (but please be careful not to block the community mailbox area, or other people's driveways).
Easy, no-fuss keyless entry for your convenience, with no keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale Smart Lock, powered by August. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone using a unique virtual key, or with a personal entry code issued to you, for the duration of your stay.

Fully stocked modern kitchen with all the amenities of home. Fully functioning cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice-maker in the bottom freezer.
Dishes, utensils, Pots and Pans, Bakeware, Toaster, Mixing bowls, Colander, etc are available for use.
Coffee, Tea and Bar area with a variety of coffee pods, creamer and sugar provided.
Spice Rack. Plenty of space for groceries in the large Pantry area.
The dining table seats Six.
Sleeping areas for up to 6 guests! Queen bed in each bedroom with all clean bedding and bath linens. Ceiling fans, bedside lamp, alarm clock, luggage rack, and wooden hangars accessible in each bedroom. Chaise couch pulls out to reveal a sleeping area for two. Lift up the chaise to reveal the storage area, which holds pillows, sheets, and blankets for guests 5 & 6.
Master bath in the Master bedroom and one Hall bathroom, both including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus, light cleaning supplies under the sink (but please leave the cleaning to our cleaners after you depart!)
Extra amenities in the hall closet provided, including blowdryer, cotton balls, q-tips. Forgot something? Extra toothbrushes, razors, etc. are also available. Ironing board, iron, full-length mirror, and box fan are also available.
Washer/dryer, laundry pods, and dryer sheets available for use (for a nominal fee).
Desk and chair available for those who need a workspace.
2 Beach chairs, cooler bags and tote bags available to borrow.
Yoga Mat available for use.
Safety features include Cordless blinds, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
Smoke-Free home (NO smoking or candles allowed).

Enjoy coffee outdoors on the backyard deck in the outdoor seating area. The backyard is fenced-in. (Back fence can only be opened with a key in lockbox for access by Landscapers and Property Manager.)
Guests have access to everything in home, as well as driveway and backyard.
Only areas off-limits are the Staff Supply Closet and Shed outside, both of which need keys to access.
Fireplace is not functioning and not available for use.

**Booking Requirements** We require a criminal background check from all guests before we can charge you and confirm your reservation. You will be asked to provide your full name and date of birth so we can perform the screen. Government-issued ID posted on your Profile is also required.**
**Cleaning fee is charged to cover cleaning and laundering costs for the bedding, extra bedding for sofa bed and towels.**
**A $150 security deposit is also required. This will only as a hold on your card, and you will not be charged unless there are any damaged items or extra expenses incurred as a result of your stay.**
**Check-in time is anytime after 4pm. Please message me for the availability of an earlier check-in, if desired.**
Home is not baby-proofed, and may not be safe for very small children. Children are allowed at your own risk.
Quiet hours: We just ask that you respect our home & the quiet hours (after 11:00 pm) of the community.
Instructions for running the TV, WiFi, etc. will be provided in the House Manual.
Emergency #'s, as well as a phone # for the emergency handyman, will also be provided in the home.
*FOR GUESTS STAYING DURING THE WEEK* Trash days are on Thursday. Trash cans will need to be put out WEDNESDAY night as trash comes early Thursday morning.
Also, Grass will also be cut WEDNESDAYS during the week if it's the season, so please be aware they will only be in the front/back yard, not inside the property. In the event that it rains or another exception when it would need to re-scheduled, you will be notified of the re-scheduled day prior.
We will not be on-site, but we are always available to help our guests make their stay more enjoyable! Please don’t hesitate to message or call with questions or concerns, such as finding anything in the space, asking how something works, or if you would like suggestions for dining or activities in the area.
Our townhome is an end unit on a cul-de-sac, with a private fenced-in backyard. It is centrally located near the Lynnhaven and Pembroke/Town Center areas, and only about 9 miles to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront!
-LOCATION: This is a corner townhome unit on a cul-de-sac. We are located in a middle-class area, not the affluent beachfront area of Virginia Beach. Our nightly rate fairly reflects that, which is why it's such a value and priced much lower than other short-term rentals or hotels. We take great pride in our home, but if you are expecting a resort hotel experience in a fancy beachfront neighborhood, you may want to choose to rent another home closer to the Oceanfront. We suggest you RENT UP from your expectations...but take note that the price reflects that and your overall costs will increase significantly.
Also, please note that Virginia Beach is a military area, with many people of various backgrounds, nationalities, etc including those in our immediate surrounding area. PLEASE BE AWARE - There may be possible jet noise which can be extremely loud, since we are not too far from military bases and those who are training. It may come and go, and can occur in the evenings, but typically doesn't occur past 9 pm or so.
Also, you are entering the "buggy South" when you come to Virginia Beach, so please be aware that bugs entering the home is common, especially if the doors are left open for a period of time.
As with any neighborhood, we have no control over our neighbors, nor any control over what creatures enter the home, but please contact us right away if you have any issues!
