Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

1. General Requirements:
- All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Host during their stay
- By booking this reservation you agree to address any complaints to the host directly and giving sufficient opportunity to rectify the situation, prior to escalating to the platform.
2. Check-in/Check-out
- Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am. Unauthorized late checkout will incur the cost of an additional night at the rate on the day of checkout.
- A fee for early check-in or late checkout can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
- Ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
- Please leave the home as clean as when you found it.
2a. LATE CHECKOUTS:
Checkout time is 11 AM. Our cleaners and team will arrive at the home at 11AM, and have the right to begin cleaning. There is an $100/hr unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged in
