➤ This property does not include parking, however, guests can purchase a Parking Permit from the City of Toronto in order to be able to park on the street! Green P Parking lot is also nearby your location.
➤ Front yard and laundry machines are SHARED with main floor guests.

Trinity-Bellwoods is an inner city neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is bounded on the east by Bathurst Street, on the north by College Street, on the south by Queen Street West, and by Dovercourt Road on the west.
Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood is known for being one of the best places to live in Toronto. Toronto Life gave this neighbourhood the number 8 spot in their annual Neighbourhood Survey, and even Vogue Magazine named West Queen West one of the coolest places on the planet.
It’s filled with everything we love: homey coffee shops, the best dive bars around and independent boutiques and shops that are so nice, why would you go anywhere else? Streets are lined with Victorian homes, there is access to the TTC on nearly every corner and although you’re a short walk from the madness of “the core”, you feel like you’re in your own little perfect slice of the city.
Crawford Street is a one minute walk from the DUNDAS at the DUNDAS ST WEST AT SHAW ST stop.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
