A traditional stone house, beautifully renovated, with stunning sea views, just a short 250-meter stroll from the pebbled shores of Ciardo beach, and approx. 15 minutes walk from the sandy Felloniche beach. This enchanting house is waiting for you!
The building's original architecture is a typical countryside "pajara", fully renovated between 2022 and 2023 for your maximum comfort. The thick walls were kept though, ensuring a cool and unique ambiance. Immerse yourself in pure bliss as you unwind in the heated outdoor jacuzzi (available upon request, see below).
Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with stoves, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all you need to prepare your meals. There are two cozy bedrooms (with a double bed each; one of the beds can be split into two single beds upon request) and two stylish bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. In the living room there is a single sofa bed, which means that the house can host up to 5 guests. Step outside, and you'll discover generous outdoor spaces, partially shaded or covered, providing the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply basking in the sun-kissed serenity.
As you settle into your vacation haven, you'll find convenient amenities at your fingertips. A washing machine allows you to keep up with your laundry needs, while a barbecue area invites you to savor delicious grilled delicacies amidst the serene surroundings. There is even an outdoor kitchen on the large covered terrace, adding a touch of culinary delight to your stay. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi access available, ensuring you can effortlessly share your cherished moments with loved ones back home. There are mosquito nets for your comfort, and air conditioning in the living room, as well as in the master bedroom.
There is free parking available on the property.
The property is located in Marina di Felloniche, a few kilometres away from Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of Puglia and Italy's heel. The beach of Ciardo (pebbles/rocks) is less than 5 minutes walk away; the closest sandy beach is Felloniche beach (less than 1 km). Within 5-20 minutes walk you'll find several good restaurants and a small supermarket for your daily needs. If you have a chance, try Mattia Cordella, an excellent fish restaurant with a stunning sea view terrace just a few hundred metres away. Boat tours and many water sport activities can be carried out in the neighbourhood.
Please note: the outdoor jacuzzi is available upon request for an additional charge of €80 for the setup + €20 per day. This includes the water costs, cleaning products as well as regular inspection, cleaning and maintenance by a specialised company.
Also, note that there is another house on the same property; the entrance gate and some outdoor spaces in the garden are shared (not the jacuzzi and not the covered terrace spaces). Larger groups can rent both houses together (up to 13 guests in total).
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,28 on 16/04/2024, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
