La Chablisienne, pronounced La-Shab-Lee-Arn is a large 3-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with double lockup garage containing contemporary European decor with an Eastern Twist. The property overlooks MONA – Museum of Old and New Art; Derwent River; and Mount Direction. Mt Wellington can also be viewed from the balcony.

Situated in a modern homes area towards the end of a no through road in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart. Glenorchy and Claremont Shopping hubs are within a four kilometre drive and the property is approximately a twelve kilometre (20 minute) drive via the Brooker Highway to central Hobart. The property is close to Mona Museum; Moorilla Winery; the Granada Tavern; Beer Wines and Spirits (BWS) Bottle Shop; and a Corner Store. The closest Bus Stop is over one kilometre away therefore having your own vehicle is recommended. The Intercity Cycleway is close by (200m approx.) for the cycling enthusiasts.

Cleaning fees are not charged and cleaning equipment and supplies are provided for guest use. The property is expected to be left in similar clean condition as found on checkin otherwise the entire security deposit may be voided.
Checkout is on or before 11:00am AEST. Prior to checkout, please place used towels etc in the laundry; remove all rubbish and place in the applicable bins; turn off (where applicable): lights; heater; air conditioner; fans; and electric blankets.
Smoking is only permitted outside. Detection of smoke and/or evidence of smoking indoors will result in the security deposit being voided.
