Welcome to Sapphire's newest condo to join Coastal Lifestyle's luxury rental properties, unit 2306. This beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo overlooks the very large pristine outdoor pool to the waters of the gulf of Mexico and its soft sandy beaches. Located on the 23rd floor of the Sapphire Resort, this condo is furnished with everything needed to make your trip to South Padre Island a fun, exciting and a memorable one. With 10 ft ceilings, the window views are all ocean and as you walk onto your private balcony you will be taken back by the beauty of the landscaping and cabanas surrounding one of three outdoor pools. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a large picture window with views of the ocean. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub, two vanity granite countertops, walk in shower, plus a large walk-in closet with plenty of extra linens, blankets and pillows. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with the nearest bathroom right across the hall. The 3rd bedroom features two queen beds, private bathroom as well. The living room's couch also reverts to a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional overnight guest. Each condo at the Sapphire Resort also has a bay side balcony with its own private BBQ grill. You have your own washer and dryer, also provides large flat screen TVs, free wifi and digital cable TVs.
Perfect view to watch the SpaceX launches from your front and back balconies. You can also see the channel off the Laguna Madre Bay.
There's plenty to do at the Sapphire Resort. With its very own staffed lobby this resort has an In-house Spa, a teen's game room with foosball tables, arcade games and computer banks. There is also a movie theatre located off the game room so grab your own popcorn and watch the latest movies or grab your own to view.
