Located right on the sound and with unlimited access to the water, and a short two-block walk to the public beach, this family-friendly home is well-appointed, offering all the essentials and then some for a breezy and relaxing stay. Admire beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your expansive deck - enjoy your meals al fresco at the picnic table with the bay as your backdrop. You and your friends can also enjoy your meals under the home, where another picnic table and a propane grill will be waiting for you.
Inside this coastal-themed retreat, you will find a sunny living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and wall-to-wall windows and doors allowing you to admire the water without moving an inch from the sofa. Speaking of the sofa, this area has been furnished with nothing but guests' comfort in mind. Spend cozy evenings at home streaming your favorite series on the smart TV with cable. There is a cabinet full of games and puzzles. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and has a pantry as well. The breakfast bar offers six stools for quick meals on the go, while the adjoining dining table hosts up to six people as well.
