Welcome to this comfortable, dog friendly two-story condo on the west side of Houston, ideal for a relaxing stay with easy access to the city. Here in the Briar Forest neighborhood, you'll be close to all sorts of shopping, golf courses, parks, and attractions, with the heart of downtown only 15 miles east.
It's easy to explore here, with an assigned covered parking space awaiting your return each day. Also on the grounds, enjoy access to a community swimming pool where you can cool off on summer afternoons.
With a patio on the ground floor and a balcony upstairs, you'll have no shortage of outdoor space for sipping morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Or, if you'd rather, stay indoors and bask in the comfort of central air conditioning.
The main living space is on the ground floor, including a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a living room with a smart TV. (Please note, however, that the fireplace is not functional.) Leave the day's clothes to spin in the stacked washer/dryer, and head upstairs to find a large bedroom with its own desk workspace, smart TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. There's also a twin-size folding cot available for use, providing extra sleeping arrangements if needed.
