A beautiful 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment situated right in the heart of the famous Marina of Puerto Portals. Newly reformed and refurnished(2019), with stunning sea views overlooking the yachts and the entire port.The apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need, fiber optic internet and tv with over 300 chanels, It is a home, away from home. Situated in a secure gated community with beautiful gardens and a huge community swimming pool. You have direct access to the port and are 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Portals beach . Puerto Portals offers a rich variety of restaurants, bars and chic boutiques and not to forget a supermarket. Walking distance from the Portals village, where are even more restaurants, caffees and shops. 10 min. drive from Palma city itself.20 minutes drive from Palma airport.The apartment has aircondithion and sealing fans in each room. There are beds and pool towels provided for the pool.In case, if needed, there are all the facilities for a little baby such as a baby cot , baby chair and even sand kids toys. For the golf lovers, The Bendinat Golf course is only 5 min. drive away. For the tennis players, there is a huge tennis court , about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Right next to the tennis court is Marina Land, a loved destination for all the families,a beautiful water zoo park( must do).
The apartment has a a master bedroom with a big King bed and built in closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the option to put a third single bed if required. There are 2 bathrooms , both with shower.
The best part of the apartment is probably the balcony. It is the size of a regular room and could be called a second living room. The view is amasing. Having all the Puerto Portals in front of you, looking at all the yachts coming in or going out and yet siting on your sofa , listening to a quiet music, having a glass of wine.
There is a 4 people dining table on the balcony as well, so you can enjoy your dinner in one of the best spots in Portals.
If you want to explore the island and need a car, there is a Rent a car across the street. There is a huge free parking on the side of the building. The apartment does not have a private parking space.
