From the gardens and pool, there are unbroken views overlooking three golf courses, the 5-star Villa Padierna Palace Hotel and their beautiful lake, the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the mountains in North Africa.
Lounge & Dining Area
The lounge is contemporary and elegant. Leather sofas, a glass dining table with seating for 6, flat screen 58" TV with satellite and hundreds of channels including movies and sports. Free Wifi throughout the apartment. The gas fireplace adds warmth and a striking focal point to the room.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a 5’ king-size bed, 49" TV and plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes. Its en-suite bathroom is complete with a huge wall-to-wall walk-in shower and bath. Patio doors open from the bedroom directly onto the terrace.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom has a contemporary French charm with twin beds and en suite bathroom. Access is also directly onto the terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The built-in oven, microwave, and ceramic hob are ideal if you fancy cooking rather than eating out. Contemporary white and glass cabinets and granite worktops. A breakfast bar with stools, for those relaxed mealtimes. The kitchen leads onto a private kitchen courtyard.
Terrace, Gardens and Pool
The most important part of any apartment in Spain is the outside space, and our terrace does not disappoint.
Being ground floor allows us the benefit of a huge 80 sq. metre paved terrace plus garden, with beautiful south facing views. It leads directly onto the swimming pool, which is a few steps away. With dining table, sun loungers and rattan suite, this is definitely what the Spanish lazy hazy days are all about. There is both shade and sun all day long. With two swimming pools in this small development, you can feel calm and relaxed in a quiet and peaceful location, whilst knowing you are only a few minutes from the excitement of Marbella and other local towns.
