The Space:
Enter the open living room- kitchen area and relax on the comfortable couch with a large flat-screen TV. Walk to the first room on the right featuring two twin beds, continue to the second bedroom with a Queen bed with a full, a spacious bathroom between the two, and the kitchen in the rear with an open floorplan.
Enjoy fabulous backyard with a fire pit area where you can enjoy an evening gathering or playing corn hole in the large grassed backyard. Also available with a 4- horse stall and direct access to the wooded trails for horse owners.
The house does not come with Horses :) but we welcome yours!

If you are traveling with horses, they need to have a certificate showing a negative Coggins test to travel and to stay at our stable. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee for the horses. ALSO! NO need to back a trailer; pull through driveway to make things easy.
Payment Schedule: 30% is due upon reservation and the 70% remaining will be collected 30 days prior to your arrival.
